$250 per person for Interior, Ocean View, and Balcony Cabins
$350 per person for Suites
(Single occupancy: $350 for standard cabins, $500 for suites)
Final Payment Deadline: All balances must be paid in full by September 30, 2026.
Reservations Made After June 30, 2026
A minimum deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance is due by September 30, 2026.
Reservations Made After July 31, 2026
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Taxes, fees, and pre-paid daily on board service gratuities totaling $330 (US) are included in the total price of staterooms listed above. For additional information please view our full Terms & Conditions.
Installment payments will be automatically charged to your designated credit card on the 1st of each month. You may update your payment method at any time through your Pharos Cruise account.

Guests who pay in full within at the time of booking, except for guests booking after June 1, 2026, will receive a 5% discount on their cabin fare.
This rebate will be issued as an onboard credit, applied to your reservation within 10–14 business days of full payment.
The credit will be available for use onboard and will appear on your shipboard account by Day 2 of sailing.
This offer applies only to new reservations where the entire cabin fare is paid in full by the deadline.
This incentive cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Line-Up Guarantee (Before Line-Up Announcement)
All deposits and payments made before the initial speaker line-up announcement are refundable, minus a $100 per person administrative fee, for up to 14 days following the announcement.
After Line-Up Announcement
All payments and deposits become 100% non-refundable once the line-up has been released.
Due to the exclusive nature of Pharos Cruise, no refunds will be provided for any cancellations, including:
Cabin reservations
Taxes, fees, and gratuities
Pre-paid events or activities
Onshore excursions
Add-ons or upgrades
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the official Cancellation Request Form.
Note: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Policies are offered during the booking process via Travel Guard, but must be purchased and managed directly with them. For coverage details, please contact Travel Guard at 800-826-4919.
The Lead Guest is responsible for all reservation changes and must submit requests in writing using the Name Change Request Form.
At least one original guest must remain on the reservation. If all original guests cancel, this is considered a full cancellation and is non-refundable.
Name and cabin changes are subject to the following administrative fees:

Guest names must be finalized by Mar 31, 2025. Additions or changes after this date will incur the above fees.
In all cases, the new guest must pay in full before a refund (less fees) is issued to the original guest.
Please note: Cabin numbers are subject to change at the discretion of Pharos Cruise or the cruise line without notice.
Payments are due monthly on the 1st of each month.
If a payment is declined, you have 10 days to resolve it. After 10 days, a $45 late fee will be added to your balance.
For guests with custom payment schedules, any declined payment must be resolved within 48 hours to avoid late fees.
Two or more missed payments may result in cancellation without refund.
Reservations made after July 31, 2026 must be paid in full, or are subject to cancellation and associated penalties.
