Interior

Oceanview

Taxes, Fees & Service Gratuities
Taxes, port fees and prepaid daily onboard service gratuities totaling $350 per person are included in the stateroom prices listed above.
Youth Prices
Youth fare: Guests who are 17 years old or younger at the time of sailing, booked as the 3rd and/or 4th guest in a cabin with two full-fare adults paying the double-occupancy rate, sail for $250 total per youth guest. This all-in fare includes taxes, port fees and prepaid service gratuities. Eligibility is calculated using the guest’s date of birth.
Eligible youth fares are calculated after dates of birth are entered. Promotional discounts do not apply to the $250 youth fare.

Solo Travellers
Solo guests may reserve a cabin for single occupancy, subject to availability. The Single price shown above is the total cabin price for one guest.
Accessible Staterooms
Accessible staterooms are limited and subject to availability. If you require an accessible cabin or other accommodation, please contact us before booking so we can confirm the appropriate options.
Families & Additional Guests
Online cabin pricing is shown for single, double, triple and quad occupancy. If your family or group requires a different cabin configuration, please contact us for available options and pricing.

Payments & Policies
Payments
At checkout, choose to pay in full or use our interest-free monthly payment plan.
Monthly installments
Pay the required non-refundable deposit at booking. The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly installments and automatically charged on the 28th of each applicable month.
Early-bird deposits through January 31, 2027: Interior, Ocean View and Balcony — $150 per person; Suites and Yacht Club — $250 per person.

Change Fees
- 6 months or more before sailing — $25 per guest change
- 3–5 months before sailing — $50 per guest change
- Less than 3 months before sailing — changes are subject to approval; $100 per guest change
The Lead Guest must remain on the reservation. Reducing the number of guests in a cabin may cause the reservation to be repriced at the applicable occupancy rate.

Youth Discount
Youth fare: Guests who are 17 years old or younger at the time of sailing, booked as the 3rd and/or 4th guest in a cabin with two full-fare adults paying the double-occupancy rate, sail for $250 total per youth guest. This all-in fare includes taxes, port fees and prepaid service gratuities. Eligibility is calculated using the guest’s date of birth.
If a child is booked as the 1st or 2nd guest in the cabin, the applicable full fare applies. Guests booking online must reserve the cabin at the total occupancy level for everyone sailing. For example, two adults and two children require a Quad cabin.
Select the total number of guests sailing in the cabin. Eligible youth fares are calculated automatically after dates of birth are entered. Youth guests do not receive promotional discounts.
Military Discount
Active-duty, retired or 100% disabled members of the United States Armed Forces are eligible for a 5% discount on the eligible cabin fare, excluding the $350 per-person taxes, fees and prepaid service gratuities.
To request the discount, submit one of the following within 30 days of the initial deposit to hello@pharoscruise.com:
- Current military LES (Leave and Earnings Statement)
- Military retirement or honorable discharge documentation (DD-214 or DD-256)
- Cadets: letter from a Commander or military pay stub
Please black out Social Security numbers before submitting documents. Limit one discounted cabin per eligible military member. The Military Discount is not combinable with the Pay in Full offer or other discounts unless Pharos expressly states otherwise.
Pay In Full
New reservations booked through January 31, 2027 and paid in full within 5 business days of booking are eligible for a 5% rebate on the cabin fare. The rebate does not apply to the $350 per-person taxes, fees and prepaid service gratuities included in the total price.
The rebate will be issued as onboard credit linked to the reservation. Final onboard posting details will be provided closer to sailing.
The entire cabin must be paid in full to qualify. The Pay in Full offer applies only to eligible new reservations and is not combinable with the Military Discount or other promotions unless Pharos expressly states otherwise.
Promotional Offers
Pharos may periodically offer reduced deposits or promotional fares. Eligible offers will be communicated separately and do not change the standard rates and deposits shown on this page.
Pharos Booking Account
The Lead Guest manages the reservation through the Pharos booking account. After booking, the Lead Guest can review payments, make eligible early or custom payments and manage guest information.
Each guest must have a unique email address. The Lead Guest may manage a guest’s information or invite that guest to complete their own details.
Lead Guest
The person who creates the reservation is the Lead Guest and primary manager of the cabin. The Lead Guest is responsible for keeping required reservation information and payments current, authorizing reservation changes and resolving any occupancy or payment issues affecting the cabin.
The Lead Guest must remain on the reservation. A request to replace the Lead Guest is not treated as a standard name change.
Cabinmates & Guest Details
If you know who is traveling with you, add them during booking. If you do not have all guest information yet, the Lead Guest may choose to provide it later or invite the guest after the reservation is created.
Required guest details include legal first and last name, date of birth, mobile number, citizenship and a unique email address. Guest details must be completed within 30 days of booking.
Solo Travelers
Single-occupancy cabins are available in every cabin category, subject to inventory. Pharos does not currently offer a cabinmate matching program.
Children & Minors
Children may sail on Pharos Cruise. Guests under 18 may not attend Pharos conference sessions, conference networking events or any event designated 18+.
All guests must also meet the cruise line’s age, guardian and travel-document requirements for the sailing. Those requirements will be communicated before travel.
Accessibility
Accessible stateroom inventory is limited. Guests who need an accessible cabin or other accommodations should contact Pharos at Contact Us as early as possible so available options can be reviewed.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for having the identification and travel documents required for the sailing. Pharos does not store passport information in the booking system; required cruise-line documentation will be completed later through the cruise line’s process.
Pregnancy & Medical Eligibility
Pregnancy and medical eligibility to sail are governed by the cruise line’s policies in effect for the sailing. Guests with questions about medical eligibility should review those rules before final payment.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your Pharos reservation. Guests are strongly encouraged to consider coverage appropriate to their trip, including cancellation and medical protection.
Reservations Are Open
Choose your cabin and occupancy, coordinate with your cabinmates and decide who will act as the Lead Guest. Cabins are subject to availability.
Step 1 — Access Booking
Visit Book Now to start your reservation.
Step 2 — Select Occupancy & Cabin
Select the total number of guests who will occupy the cabin, then choose your preferred cabin category and an available cabin. Only inventory that supports the selected occupancy will be shown.
Once you select available inventory, the cabin is held for approximately 15 minutes while you complete the booking process.
Step 3 — Create the Reservation
The person completing the reservation becomes the Lead Guest. Enter the Lead Guest’s legal name, date of birth, mobile number, citizenship and unique email address.
Add your cabinmates during booking, choose to manage their details yourself or invite them to complete their own information. If details are not available at booking, they must be completed within 30 days.
Step 4 — Choose Payment
At checkout, choose to pay in full or use the interest-free monthly payment plan. Monthly plans require the applicable non-refundable deposit.
The Lead Guest may manage payment for the cabin or, where available in the booking flow, invite another guest to manage their own details and payment responsibility. Each guest must use a unique email address.
Step 5 — Complete Booking
Complete checkout before the inventory hold expires. After successful checkout you will receive a Pharos booking reference in the format PCR27-XXXXX. Payment and booking confirmations are communicated separately.
Your cruise-line reservation or confirmation number will be provided later, once available from the cruise line.
Important: A cabin is not confirmed until checkout is successfully completed. If the 15-minute inventory hold expires before checkout, the cabin may return to available inventory.
