Change a guest.

Lead Guests can request a guest replacement and review applicable fees before processing.

Before you submit

This form must be submitted by the Lead Guest on the reservation. The Lead Guest must remain on the booking.

Change fees

6 months or more before sailing — $25 per guest
3–5 months before sailing — $50 per guest
Less than 3 months before sailing — $100 per guest, subject to approval

All changes remain subject to cruise-line approval, security and manifest requirements. Reducing cabin occupancy may cause the reservation to be repriced.

Submitting this form does not confirm the change. Pharos will review the request and confirm any applicable fee, fare adjustment or outstanding balance before processing.
